Shipping Information

• In the event a shipment is received damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to make an exchange at (989) 224-4078 or send an email to info@mygrandmaamdme.com. Also, if we should make a quantity error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct our error quickly.
• No refunds will be provided for shipping charges.
• In most cases we will ship via USPS Media Mail in a protective envelope. We will generally ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Orders received on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
• We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your books. In the unlikely event that you are not, please contact us and let us know. Purchase prices will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.
