CRAIG PENNINGTON continues to be the sole illustrator for the Grandma Janet Mary Series. His special gift continues to grow and mature as demonstrated in the beautiful illustrations found in the first four books of this specila series. Now, known for his award winning artwork, his talent and skill continue to evolve as demonstrated in "Priscilla McDoodleNutDoodleMcMae Asks Why?"
This new and different story comes to life with Craig's artistic talent. The unique characters are developed with each turn of the page. Using muted and vibranly colored illustrations, Craig allows the reader to grasp in a very visual way, the important message revealed in this story.
Countless hours of sketching and consultation have provided a time for professional growth. His use of colored pencils continues to amaze many artists.
He attributes much of his success to his wife, Natalie, who is also a gifted artist. Her creative skills are reflected in the graphic designs of this very special book.
Craig is a graduate of Kendall School of Art and Design and winner of several national awards including the Kirchoff Wahlberg Award for the Society of Illustrators. His keen eye for detail. His committment to family and his spiritual life frees him to interpret each story in a way that appeals to the young and old alike.
Craig resides in Williamston, Michigan with his wife Natalie, and his three sons, Owen, Guy and Seth.
